the writer wasn't familiar with the excel task and I had to go back and forth a lot and still was wrong.. eventhough before assign I actually asked if the writer understands this task..

He hasn't submit the work on time as well as not even after deadline passby another 24 hrs from deadline. Even I am giving 5start due his commitment on first project.

I was impressed with the writers resume. I wan not impressed with the lack of updates. I was hoping to see how the progress went.
